Cox’s response to the RFI includes a commitment to implement safety and environmental improvements and will seek public input on the matter.
The Cox Communications website also provides more information about Cox Communications and how customers can make a complaint.
The statement also states Cox is working with law enforcement and regulatory agencies to investigate any violations of Cox’s consumer rights.
Cox is also releasing a short film detailing its response to a similar RFI from a different ISP.
