Frontier Communications has developed a new login system that users must enable in order to access their data.
The new login is an update to Frontier’s existing login system and it requires users to set up a new account.
The new login, which is only available in the U.S., is available to Frontier subscribers in the United States and Canada.
Frontier says the new login requires a password to log in and can be used for up to five days before requiring a password reset.
Frontier confirmed to TechCrunch that the new Frontier login is not compatible with the existing Frontier login.
Users will also need to enter a valid email address to use the login and to create a password.
Users who have not yet enabled the new authentication process can set up the login at Frontier.com/login or by logging into the site and selecting “login.”
The new Frontier authentication process is available as part of Frontier’s $49.99 monthly subscription.
The company previously announced a $49 monthly subscription to Frontier for its new Frontier View service, which has access to content from the Washington Post, but the new Login requires Frontier customers to set the login up on their own.
Frontier has also announced plans to offer a new Frontier subscription to subscribers that want to access The Washington Report, a content delivery network that the company previously launched.
